Applications are no longer being accepted this year for cost-share to encourage the use of soil moisture probes and other water-saving technology. There will be a cost-share program for probes used in 2027 and applications will begin being accepted in January. The program pays for half the cost of up to three soil moisture probes and some other water-saving systems per individual or entity. Applications will be available on the "Water Savings Incentives" page under the "Programs and Regulations" tab at the top of the homepage.
