Monteith joined the URNRD in July, 2016. She is a graduate of Virginia Tech with a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science. She is responsible for analyzing and evaluating any known contaminants in the groundwater and for implementing the Water Quality Program. Monteith lives in Holyoke.
